CrossFit

(Classic CrossFit Classes) (1 hour group class)

Constantly varied functional movements in a group setting. Our highly trained coaches focus on helping our members improve their strengths and achieve their fitness goals. Class includes a daily strength and skill including Olympic weight lifting movements. The classes end with a high intensity WOD or workout of the day.

L.I.F.E.

(Learning Innovative Functional Exercises) (1 hour group class)

This class focuses on providing fitness training in a group setting for those who want to emphasize fat loss, body toning, flexibility and increased endurance. If you want to look and feel better for life this class is for you. This class is for all fitness levels. The main difference between our regular CrossFit classes is that L.I.F.E. will not involve heavy lifting movements.

Barbell Basics

(1 hour group class)

This class is designed to teach Olympic weightlifting movements to new members. The class is designed to teach more complex barbell movements and will be required for beginners to transition into the regular CrossFit classes.

Six Week Challenge

(1 hour group class)

Every 6 weeks we start a Fitness Challenge for men and women wanting to try Functional Fitness Classes. It’s a one time charge and includes classes 3 times a week, nutrition coaching, weight and measurement tracking and an opportunity to become a member.
